About
ELEM, Eritrean Lifestyle and Entertainment Magazine, is a quarterly magazine focused on providing all Eritreans and their friends across the globe with a common medium.
At ELEM, we aim to relate Eritrea´s culture, arts and history; report on Eritrean events around the world; talk about music and sports; our features section carries profiles of Eritrean and other Africans who could be regarded as role models for our young readers. Generally, we wish our readers to share life’s big and small things with each other through the pages of ELEM.
ELEM explores Eritrea and Africa for that matter, fully by highlighting many things about our country and continent that are rarely talked about. In order to do this, while our main focus remains the Eritrean in, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and Africa, we try to draw much of our content from Eritrea as well.
We will try to present to you the history, culture as well as a series of commentaries about contemporary Eritrean life including the arts, music and literature scenes. ELEM is here for you – all the issues and stories we present are your issues and stories. So join us and enjoy this remarkable experience with us.
